Voter Ngo Sy Hanh (Dien Nguyen commune) pointed out that the current agricultural production is difficult and inefficient, leading to many farmers abandoning their fields. In addition to the work of converting crop structure and solving output to increase the value of agricultural products, the issue of planning and investing systematically in irrigation systems, intra-field traffic, and investing in agricultural production machinery also needs to be studied by the National Assembly and the Government to have specific strategies and policies.

Some voters also recommended that the National Assembly, the Government and the People's Committee of Nghe An province should study and remove difficulties so that people who bought land granted without authority can complete procedures to be granted land use right certificates, ensuring the rights of the people.

On the other hand, it is necessary to study and have policies to support farmers with residential land, because currently farmers' income is low, while auctioned land in rural areas is 400 - 500 million VND/lot, or even higher.
