(Baonghean.vn) - On August 6, the Inspection Delegation for the implementation of Resolution No. 26 and Resolution No. 18 of the Politburo, led by comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc - Deputy Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission, had a working session with the Standing Committee of Vinh City Party Committee and Hung Nguyen District Party Committee.

At the working session, the Inspection Delegation listened to the Vinh City Party Committee report on the results of leadership, direction, dissemination and implementation of Resolution No. 26 of the 12th Party Central Committee on "Focusing on building a contingent of cadres at all levels, especially at the strategic level, with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige equal to the task" in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution No. 18 of the 12th Party Central Committee on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently".
Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc suggested that Vinh City Party Committee should clarify some more contents such as: organizing examinations to recruit ward and commune-level officials; timely screening and replacement of officials with low capacity and prestige and poor health; regulations on regular meetings of Party Committees; developing and implementing plans to overcome the situation of blocks and hamlets without Party organizations; implementing the model of Party Committee secretaries who are also Chairman of People's Committees at ward and commune levels...

Implement the steps to merge from 252 blocks and hamlets to 125 hamlets, reducing 127 hamlets. Implement the resolution of the Politburo and the Ministry of Public Security to mobilize and arrange 14 regular police officers to take on the position of commune police.
After 2 years of implementing Resolution 18, the whole district reduced 73 positions.
At the working session, the members of the Inspection Team discussed and clarified some existing problems and difficulties in the implementation of the Central Resolutions in Hung Nguyen. The district also proposed and recommended to the Inspection Team the contents that need to be adjusted to suit the actual situation.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc - Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization highly appreciated the sense of responsibility in the work of the Standing Committee of the Hung Nguyen District Party Committee, and acknowledged the recommendations and proposals of the locality. He said that these are reasonable recommendations, which are the basis for the delegation to report to the Central Executive Committee for early adjustment and supplementation.
