Won 2 international gold medals and received the First Class Labor Medal?
The Ministry of Education and Training is drafting a Decree regulating the reward regime for students who win prizes in national and international competitions and national and international vocational skills competitions.
Accordingly, students with exceptionally excellent achievements - winning two world gold medals in Olympic competitions in subjects, scientific and technical research competitions, or winning Asian gold medals and world gold medals in vocational competitions - will be awarded the First Class Labor Medal.

Students who win gold medals at the World Championships will be awarded the Second Class Labor Medal. Students who win gold medals at the Asian Championships or silver medals at the World Championships will be awarded the Third Class Labor Medal. Students who win gold medals at the Southeast Asian Championships or silver medals at the Asian Championships or bronze medals at the World Championships will be awarded certificates of merit by the Prime Minister.
Students who win Asian bronze medals, or Southeast Asian silver or bronze medals; who win consolation prizes in international competitions for excellent students; who win first, second or third prizes in national competitions will be awarded certificates of merit by the Minister of Education and Training or the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
Students who win international gold medals will receive a reward equal to 50 times the basic salary; silver medals will receive a reward equal to 33 times the basic salary; bronze medals will receive a reward equal to 22 times the basic salary; and encouragement prizes will receive a reward equal to 12 times the basic salary.
Students who win Asian prizes will receive the following bonuses: Gold medalists receive 33 times the basic salary; Silver medalists receive 22 times the basic salary; Bronze medalists receive 12 times the basic salary and the Encouragement prize winners receive a reward of 7 times the basic salary./.
