That was the wedding of Mr. Hoang Ba Duy (29 years old) and Ms. Bui Hong Nhung (21 years old) in Hong Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district. According to the groom, about a week before the wedding, the groom's relatives had discussed how to pick up the bride in a unique and fun way. The groom's family lives in Bac Xuan hamlet, the bride's family lives in Xuan An hamlet, more than 2 km apart, picking up the bride by car was "not very good". After considering and pondering, the groom decided to use a forklift to pick up the bride. This plan was supported by everyone and was quite convenient because the relatives had a forklift, so they did not have to rent one.

On the wedding day, the forklift was brought to the groom's house to be decorated into a wedding car. On the forklift, everyone installed a wooden platform for the couple to sit on and attached heart-shaped strings with many balloons, which looked very beautiful. When the wedding car was decorated, the groom and many people sat and tried it out, lifting it up and down, everyone felt satisfied.

At this time, the bride's family was extremely surprised to see the groom's family come to pick up the bride in a strange car. Although she knew in advance, when getting on the wedding car, being carried onto the car with an unusual height, the bride could not help but feel nervous and worried.

Recalling the moment sitting in the wedding car, bride Bui Hong Nhung could not hide her emotions: "To be honest, at first, when I got in the car, I was quite nervous, but when we moved, I was very happy, because people on both sides of the road ran out to cheer. If I had gone by car, I probably wouldn't have had this feeling."
