Over the past 3 days, due to the impact of storm No. 4, heavy rains have occurred in Do Luong district, flooding many areas of summer-autumn rice and fish ponds. According to the statistics compiled by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, by 11:00 a.m. on September 14, Do Luong district had about 1,800 hectares of rice flooded and collapsed. In particular, on the evening of September 13, heavy rain and strong winds caused many trees to fall, and many areas of rice were deeply submerged in water.
Comrade Dinh Viet Hong inspected the communes of Minh Son, Hien Son, Thuong Son... which were heavily flooded, and encouraged farmers to overcome difficulties.

After the inspection, comrade Dinh Viet Hong requested the district's Disaster Prevention Committee to direct communes and towns to urge farmers to clear the drainage system to prevent flooding, and arrange manpower to harvest or bundle fallen rice fields. At the same time, mobilize forces to fix traffic and clear fallen trees so that people can travel easily.
