The Executive Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee, term XX, 2020 - 2025, held its first meeting to elect the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Inspection Committee (IC) of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the IC.
On September 21, the Ha Nam Provincial Party Congress elected the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the new term.

On the afternoon of September 21, the Congress announced the results of the election of the Executive Committee.Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee, 20th term, 2020 - 2025including 48 comrades and proceeded to vote to introduce the position of Provincial Party Secretary for the 2020 - 2025 term for comrade Le Thi Thuy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary for the 2015 - 2020 term.
After that, the Executive Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee, term XX, 2020 - 2025, held its first meeting to elect the Standing Committee (SPC) of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Inspection Committee (IC) of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the IC.
As a result, the Provincial Party Executive Committee elected 14 comrades to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Comrade Le Thi Thuy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, term XIX, 2015 - 2020 was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee, term XX, 2020 - 2025.
Comrade Le Thi Thuy is from Nghe An. Before being assigned to be Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term, she held many important positions in Nghe An and in government departments and agencies.

Comrades: Truong Quoc Huy - Member of the 19th Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Duy Tien Town Party Committee; Dinh Thi Lua - Member of the 19th Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee were elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the 20th Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
The conference also elected 8 comrades to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission. Comrade Le Hong Quan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, term XIX, 2015 - 2020, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, term XX, 2020 - 2025.
