At the 4th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2016 - 2021, the Provincial People's Council questioned 2 sectors: Agriculture - Rural Development and Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. The first group of questions is about the shortcomings and inadequacies in building and replicating production models; managing and supplying plant, animal and aquatic breeds; managing pesticides and veterinary drugs; arranging and converting the structure of crops and livestock; issues of agricultural product prices and supporting product consumption for farmers - current situation, causes, responsibilities and solutions in the coming time. The second group of questions is about the shortcomings and problems in vocational training and job creation - current situation, causes, responsibilities and solutions in the coming time. |
The question and answer session had 27 turns of Provincial People's Council delegates directly questioning the Directors of the two sectors on key issues raised by the Provincial People's Council.
Assessing the question and answer session, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged the spirit of responsibility, accountability and response to questions of the "leaders" of the two sectors of Agriculture - Rural Development and Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; clarified the above shortcomings and limitations in some aspects of agricultural production, vocational training and job creation. The sectors also proposed fundamental solutions, enhancing the responsibility of each sector and each level to overcome in the coming time.
