Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son: 'Review, streamline staff, supplement staff planning'

(Baonghean.vn) - That was the direction of comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council at the meeting of the Standing Provincial Party Committee with the departments and the Provincial Party Committee Office on the afternoon of January 11.

In the fourth quarter of 2016, the Provincial Party Committee's departments and Office actively implemented work plans, promptly responding to the leadership and direction requirements of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

In particular, it has coordinated and directed the organization of propaganda to celebrate major holidays; advised on the issuance of many projects; implemented the conclusions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; advised on the implementation of Resolution 4 of the 12th Central Committee on strengthening and rectifying the Party, preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, morality, lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution", "self-transformation"...

At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Committees and Office also reported on the results of task implementation in the fourth quarter and proposed a number of issues for the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to consider and resolve.

Comrade Le Quoc Khanh - Deputy Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board reflected: Up to now, the units are developing job position projects, however, in general, the implementation is still confusing. The Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board has a plan to invite experts to train the units, requesting the units to fully participate in the training and bring the projects of their agencies and units.

Comrade Le Van Khang - Deputy of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee proposed: The Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee should soon approve and complete the Provincial Judicial Reform Committee to carry out the tasks of 2017. At the same time, promptly complete the leadership apparatus of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to meet the requirements of the assigned tasks.

Commenting on the policy of assigning units to help poor communes, Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee said that the Inspection Committee was assigned to help poor commune Thach Giam of Tuong Duong district. Up to now, the commune has met the new rural standards, suggesting that the province review the assignment of units to help poor communes to make appropriate adjustments to the current situation, focusing resources to help communes with many difficulties.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son highly appreciated the positivity, proactiveness and quality of advice to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee by the Provincial Party Committee's Committees and Office. The activities of the Committees and Offices have a great impact on the general activities of the province, enhancing the leadership role of the Party organization.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the departments and the Provincial Party Committee Office to summarize and evaluate 2016 and deploy tasks for 2017 with quality. In addition, it is necessary to organize well the commemorative activities, especially the Party's founding day and holidays in the quarter; and to celebrate the traditional New Year joyfully and healthily.

Regarding the tasks for the first quarter of 2017, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son requested the Provincial Party Committee's Committees and Office to continue to coordinate in directing the implementation of the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress and the action plan to implement the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress at all levels.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the departments and the Provincial Party Committee Office to perform well the political tasks of the province; lead socio-economic development, remove difficulties for businesses, ensure food hygiene and safety; prevent crime, ensure security, order and traffic safety.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son also noted that the units should direct the construction of job positions, streamline the apparatus, review and supplement the staff planning, in addition to continuing to advise and evaluate the activities of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the contents to report at the Central Committee's summary conferences.
