Ms. Hoang Thi Loan was born in the year of Mau Thin (1868) in Hoang Tru village, Chung Cu commune, Lam Thinh canton, Nam Duong district, Nghe An province (now Hoang Tru village, Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district, Nghe An province).

120 years ago, on December 22, Canh Ty year (February 10, 1901), she breathed her last. Hoang Thi Loan's life is a shining example of simplicity, modesty, great sacrifice, compassion, tolerance, simple and noble lifestyle, and love of work. This is clearly reflected in the lives of her children later on, most notably President Ho Chi Minh.

Commemorating the 120th anniversary of the death of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan, comrade Phan Dinh Trac and the delegation came to offer flowers, offerings, and incense at her grave at Dong Tranh mountain, Nam Giang commune, Nam Dan district and the house of Mr. Nguyen Sinh Sac in Sen village, Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan; Chung Son Temple - the temple worshiping the ancestors of President Ho Chi Minh.

Previously, comrade Phan Dinh Trac visited and wished the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee a Happy New Year. On behalf of the provincial leaders, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Thai Thanh Quy reported on some basic features of the province's economy, society, national defense - security, Party building in the past year, and preparations for the Lunar New Year 2021 for the people.

Accordingly, in preparation for the traditional New Year of the nation, Nghe An has organized a New Year for the poor and has so far mobilized 91 billion VND to take care of the New Year for poor and near-poor households; at the same time, policies have also been implemented promptly and thoughtfully by the province.

The province has also developed a plan to organize delegations to visit and wish the people and soldiers of the province a happy new year, especially those in remote areas and ethnic minority areas. Military and police forces have been deployed to ensure that people have a peaceful New Year.

Comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Politburo member, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission congratulated the province on its achievements in 2020 - an extremely difficult year; at the same time, he believed that, based on the momentum achieved, Nghe An would continue to achieve even greater results.

Discussing and sharing some issues with provincial leaders in leadership and direction, the Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission believes that the province will promote the spirit of solidarity to make a breakthrough.

On the same afternoon, comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Politburo member, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, presented gifts to the poor in Nghia Dan district and Thai Hoa town on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2021.

Here, comrade Phan Dinh Trac presented 200 gifts to poor households in Nghia Dan district and 100 gifts to poor households in Thai Hoa town and wished the families good health, a happy spring, and a safe Tet holiday. He hoped that the families would continue to comply with the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and actively work to escape poverty, contributing to building an increasingly prosperous homeland.

On this occasion, TH Group also presented 200 gifts to poor households in Nghia Dan district and 100 gifts to poor households in Thai Hoa town. This is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love and support of TH Group with the desire for a more and more developed community./.
