On the afternoon of October 7, National Assembly deputies: Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Tran Nhat Minh - full-time National Assembly deputy had a meeting with voters of Minh Chau commune.
The voter contact was combined online to the communes: Duc Chau, Hai Chau, Hung Chau, Dien Chau, Tan Chau, Quang Chau, An Chau.

Also participating in the voter contact were leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the departments of: Finance, Construction, Agriculture and Environment, Industry and Trade, Science and Technology, Health, Education and Training, Home Affairs, and Justice.

Expected to consider and pass 45 draft laws and resolutions
Opening the meeting with voters, full-time National Assembly delegate Tran Nhat Minh informed voters of the content and program of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly, scheduled to open on October 20, 2025.

At this session, the National Assembly Standing Committee proposed that the National Assembly consider and decide on: 45 draft laws and resolutions related to legislative work; 13 Group of contents on socio-economics, state budget, supervision and other important issues.

Voters reflect and propose many social issues
Next, the local Fatherland Front reported on the synthesis of recommendations and proposals from voters and people; at the same time, many voters also directly reflected their thoughts and aspirations to the National Assembly, the Government, central ministries and branches, and Nghe An province.
Voters expressed their high agreement with the policy of arranging commune-level administrative units and implementing a two-level local government; at the same time, they requested that all levels pay attention to supporting, removing difficulties, improving the quality and working skills of cadres and civil servants, associated with investment in facilities and equipment, ensuring the apparatus operates effectively, efficiently, effectively, truly close to the people, for the people.

Many social issues were also reflected and proposed by voters. Such as the situation of food safety violations; the situation and rate of sudden death and stroke increasing, with a tendency to be younger; the increasing situation of young people suffering from depression; the situation of environmental pollution; fraud on cyberspace; violations of traffic laws and particularly serious traffic accidents still occurring frequently... Relevant levels and sectors are requested to study and have control solutions.

With a sense of responsibility, voters recommend that all levels pay attention to leading and directing the selection of quality personnel to participate in the 14th Party Central Committee and delegates to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; not allowing cadres and party members who, after participating in the Party Committee for a short time, are found to have violated the law, affecting the Party's prestige and reducing the people's trust; at the same time, specifying the responsibilities of organizations and individuals who have introduced these personnel.

Many issues related to mechanisms and policies for grassroots cadres; removing inadequacies, difficulties and obstacles in procedures for granting land use right certificates to people; inadequacies in compensation policies for site clearance; paying attention to investment in transportation systems, irrigation, cultural and educational facilities, clean water works, fishing infrastructure, etc., were also proposed and recommended by voters.
Explain and clarify many issues
Based on the opinions and suggestions of voters, leaders of provincial and local departments and branches have received and explained a number of contents within their authority.
At the end of the meeting with voters, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation sincerely thanked the voters for their sense of responsibility in acknowledging the results of the leadership and direction of the political system in all fields as well as frankly reflecting on many problems, difficulties and inadequacies that reality is posing, under the authority of the Central Government, the province and the communes.

Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh also fully accepted 21 recommendations from 8 groups of issues from voters at the conference and 39 recommendations from 8 groups of issues compiled by 8 communes and sent to National Assembly delegates.
Regarding the contents under the Central authority regarding the regime and policies for cadres, the social insurance benefits for voluntary insurance participants, the positions of vice presidents of mass organizations, etc.; the National Assembly delegation will be responsible for reporting to the National Assembly and the Government at the upcoming 10th session.
For issues under the provincial authority, the departments and branches need to proactively resolve and advise the province to resolve. For issues under the commune authority, localities are requested to study and resolve, and at the same time, send the resolution results to the National Assembly Delegation for supervision.

Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Vo Thi Minh Sinh also directly explained a number of issues related to the construction of crematoriums; investment planning for the construction of a number of investment projects...
Regarding voters' concerns about whether the two-level government is truly close to the people and for the people; Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh said that in the initial stage, the new apparatus will come into operation with many difficulties, but with the determination to overcome difficulties and shortcomings, and work according to regulations, the new apparatus will certainly gradually become effective, truly close to the people and for the people; at the same time, she hopes that cadres, party members, and people will unite and continue to accompany, be of one mind, and join forces for the common development of the province and each locality.
For the communes, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh requested the team of cadres and civil servants to strengthen mass mobilization work, stay close to the grassroots, listen fully and promptly resolve recommendations and reflections from voters and people.
