Close the self-opening railway level crossing in Vinh City

The railway crossing at Km 321 + 740, Vinh Tan Ward (Vinh City) was opened by local people a long time ago. On both sides of the road, people poured concrete and spread crushed stone to allow vehicles to pass through, causing traffic safety problems and endangering the lives of vehicle drivers.

Nghe Tinh Railway Joint Stock Company, Vinh City People's Committee and related units mobilized forces, vehicles, supplies and materials to organize the demolition of the road on both sides intersecting with the railway. At the same time, forces were arranged to ensure security, order and traffic safety for the forces performing the task.

The closure of level crossings with railways is carried out according to Official Dispatch 6457 of the Provincial People's Committee on ensuring traffic safety and order at intersections between roads and railways.
