Apple's new move paves the way for car launch?

Apple recently purchased a series of car-related web addresses, including apple.car and apple.auto, according to registration records discovered by news site MacRumors.

The web addresses, which were recorded on January 8 by Whois, name Apple Inc.'s Cupertino, California, company as the web address's administrator. The addresses reveal the latest information about the auto industry that Apple is about to enter.

Apple is rumored to be working on electric and possibly self-driving cars. It has hired several experts in the auto industry over the past year. Its secretive car project is called Project Titan. In August, Apple representatives met with California regulators to discuss the legality of self-driving cars. Several major tech companies have also dabbled in this area, including Google and Uber, which have been working on self-driving cars for a long time.

However, registering these domain names does not mean that Apple will definitely develop a car in the future. It is possible that the company is researching a technology to integrate into cars through CarPlay. It is also possible that they bought the domain names to prevent other companies from using them in the future.

The three web addresses Apple registered include apple.auto, apple.car, and apple.cars.
