The patient had complex facial trauma, both eyes were swollen, eyelid skin was torn, complex eyelid margins, tearing of the lacrimal duct, conjunctival edema, and many foreign objects deep in the eyes.
Immediately, the patient's face and arms were cleaned by doctors, facial fractures were surgically treated, and soft tissue injuries were treated.
