(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 9, the Standing Committee of Nghi Loc District Party Committee organized to disseminate and implement Instruction No. 02-HD/TU of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on planning cadres, leaders, and managers for the 2020-2025 term; review and supplement the planning of leaders and managers for the 2015-2020 term and the following years.
Implementing Instruction No. 02 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Nghi Loc District Party Committee Standing Committee requested Party committees at grassroots levels, heads of departments, branches and sectors at the district level to develop a plan for leaders and managers for the 2020-2025 term; review and supplement the plan for leaders and managers for the 2015-2020 term and the following years to ensure 10 general requirements.

In particular, it is necessary to discover and select young, virtuous, talented and promising cadres to include in the planning to have a plan for training, fostering and creating a source of leadership and management positions to meet the immediate and long-term political tasks of each locality, agency and unit.
Planning of leadership and management staff must originate from the requirements of the actual political tasks of the staff; must be linked to the stages of staff work, ensuring the connection of staff planning in the political system. Staff planning work must ensure the motto of "openness" and "dynamic", against being closed and local.
