Bringing rotten internal organs from the lowlands to sell in the highlands
(Baonghean.vn) - Ky Son District Police have just arrested a subject transporting more than 38 kg of foul-smelling animal organs and skin to sell in remote communes in the district.
At around 10:00 a.m. on January 26, the working group of Ky Son District Police and Muong Xen Town Police Department were on patrol duty in Block 5, Muong Xen Town, Ky Son District.
The team discovered Tran Duc Mai, born in 1985, specializing in trading fresh food at Muong Xen market, driving a motorbike with license plate 37 D1 - 726.34, transporting a blue sack containing 38kg of animal organs and skin that were leaking and smelling bad.

Upon inspection, Mai could not show the origin of the goods, so the working group drew up a record and brought all the evidence, vehicles and violators to the headquarters of the Muong Xen Town People's Committee for questioning.
At the authorities, the subject Tran Duc Mai confessed that he had purchased all of the above evidence from a man named Hung, sent from Do Luong town via cargo truck, to be sold in remote communes in the district.
Currently, the Ky Son District Police have handed over the illegal exhibits to the District Food Safety and Hygiene Board for destruction according to regulations.
