Don't force children to wear clothes that are too big.
(Baonghean) - The influence of the media has made children sophisticated in the adult world. They lose their childhood to put on big adult clothes. All are the calculations of adults.
Arts and culture are indispensable spiritual food for everyone, especially children. In the era of outdoor playgrounds increasingly shrinking to make room for high-rise buildings, children's entertainment activities are also shrinking. Grasping that problem, television stations and media companies are trying to exploit reality TV competitions for children.
In essence, it is good, helping children live in a healthy environment, boldly communicate, integrate into the community, instead of sitting glued to computer and phone screens. However, not all programs are humane. In pursuit of profit, adults have turned children into money-making machines and unintentionally transformed them into someone else.

The success of The Voice Kids. Right from the first season (2013), there were many compliments but also many criticisms. Because there were no rules and classifications for songs, the young contestants freely sang adult songs. There were songs about love for grandparents, parents, homeland, country... there was nothing to argue about. The only pity was that the children sang songs about love between couples.
Just look at the children with innocent faces, small bodies but "floating" in the lyrics full of love and affection, it is very overwhelming. In the first season of The Voice Kids, if runner-up Phuong My Chi performed songs like: Lullaby; runner-up Tran Ngoc Duy sang Song Tinh; then champion Nguyen Quang Anh sang Da Chong. All are sad songs, love between boys and girls, husband and wife.
Parents were even more shocked by the show Familiar Faces Kids. This is a show that requires young contestants to imitate big stars. Seeing children standing on stage in the role of another character has made many parents worried. They fear that when their children grow up, they will become copies without being creative. Why teach children to imitate others instead of demonstrating their own talents? Haven't we always encouraged children to develop their thinking and creativity skills from a young age so that they can become "different" in the future?
So why do children keep imitating this person's voice, that person's style, that person's image? Because even if they are good at imitating, they are just a shadow of someone else and will fade away over time. Not to mention, in the show Familiar Faces, there are also scenes of male contestants pretending to be girls, twisting and dancing, which looks very funny. The most unsightly scene was in the show Vietnam's Got Talent 2014, when the boy Duc Vinh tried to twist to become the flirtatious Thi Mau. What will children learn from this "imitation" playground?
Children are like buds on a branch. Just a slight poisonous wind can make them fall. Therefore, let them live at their age with healthy and useful playgrounds. In particular, childhood always shapes personality, character and habits, so do not force children to pretend to be boys or girls, contrary to their gender, which can cause adulthood to be influenced by psychology.
