Nguyen Sy Sach Street is extended to 70m, from Vinh city to Lam river bank is only 8 minutes drive.
(Baonghean.vn) - The extended Nguyen Sy Sach Avenue is implementing phase 2, expanding to both sides. The last section of the avenue adjacent to the Lam River road, passing through the Eco Central Park project, has a red line of up to 70m wide, helping to shorten travel time to only about 8 minutes by car.

The second widest avenue in Nghe An is about to be formed
In early April 2024, at the construction site of the extended Nguyen Sy Sach road (Vinh city, Nghe An), hundreds of workers and 45 machines work continuously every day. Mr. Nguyen Vinh Ngoc - in charge of project construction said that the contractor is currently paving the asphalt concrete section passing through Hung Hoa commune and Hung Dung ward. It is expected that by December 31, 2025, the contractor will complete construction, hand over and put into use in the first quarter of 2026.

When the construction of phase 2 of the extended Nguyen Sy Sach street is completed, the section passing through Hung Loc commune, Vinh city will have a road surface and sidewalk up to 35m wide; the section passing through Hung Hoa commune, Vinh city will have a road surface up to 27m wide, the section intersecting with Le Viet Thuat street will have a road surface up to 60m wide; especially: the intersection with the Lam riverside road adjacent to the Eco Central Park project will have a red line up to 70m wide.

The extended Nguyen Sy Sach Street has a total length of more than 6.3 km, stretching through the communes of Hung Loc, Hung Hoa and Hung Dung ward. The starting point of the main route is Km0+00 (intersection with Nguyen Phong Sac Street), the end point is Km6+327.04 (connecting to the Lam River embankment road). This is also an extremely important traffic route, connecting the center of Vinh city with the Lam River embankment road, connecting Cua Lo beach tourist area and Cua Hoi bridge connecting to Ha Tinh province.
8 minutes from Vinh city center to Nghe An's new educational, entertainment and creative center
In the development plan of Nghe An province, the extended Nguyen Sy Sach street is considered as the "arrow to expand Vinh urban space". This is a direction where land fund is still quite abundant but infrastructure is not yet commensurate with the potential geographical position of the area. The completion of investment and construction and the opening of the road will stimulate "big guys" to choose Vinh city to invest in developing large-scale projects. Initially, we can mention large projects such as the city's 100ha regulating lake project funded by the WorldBank, especially the Eco Central Park project of the founder of Ecopark.

Located along the poetic Lam River, a land where the sea and river meet, a large green park named Eco Central Park is gradually taking shape. Eco Central Park is nearly 200 hectares wide, with a density of 100 trees/person, 50 hectares of trees and water surface.

Eco Central Park carries many cultural characteristics of Nghe An when incorporating optimal designs for sunlight and wind direction, helping to overcome harsh weather; preserving the native ecosystem with rich, natural vegetation. Most recently, to develop and spread the studious spirit of Nghe An people, the investor developed The Campus subdivision to become the largest learning, entertainment and creative center in Nghe An, in the spirit of the "Global Learning City" recognized by UNESCO.

The Campus subdivision of Eco Central Park is built based on the concept of "Home is the happiest school for children" when within a radius of 500-1,200m are primary schools, international standard inter-level schools, learning centers, bookstores and specialized libraries. The Campus is also a subdivision that gathers all international standard classrooms and clubs so that young residents have an environment to live, study, train in art, science, thinking and skills of a global citizen. To make The Campus a center for children's learning, entertainment and creativity, the founder of Ecopark built a children's theme park that appeared for the first time in Nghe An, covering an area of 15,000m2.

The Campus subdivision owns the intersection of two major traffic routes. On one side, the project borders the 34m wide Au Co Avenue, adjacent to the Central Park Residences tower - which owns and provides 5-star amenities. On the other hand, The Campus faces the extended Nguyen Sy Sach Avenue, providing convenient traffic connections and expanding the living space.
With this prime location, The Campus residents only take about 8 minutes to travel to Vinh city center, 10-20 minutes to Nghe An General Hospital, Vinh Medical University, Vinh International Airport, the famous Cua Lo beach resort, etc. In addition, Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard is also ahead of schedule and is expected to be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2024. Along with the extended Nguyen Sy Sach Boulevard, this boulevard will also create a strong traffic axis connecting the urban area of Vinh city and neighboring areas, playing a major role in the socio-economic development of the whole region.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh - Vice President of Vietnam Real Estate Association, President of Vietnam Brokerage Association, in real estate, "location is the most important factor, deciding a lot on the value of the product. Buyers often carefully evaluate the location, consider the development status of the surrounding area, the local economic situation and the ability to access amenities such as schools, hospitals, public transport, border gates, shopping centers... before deciding to spend money.
With The Campus, owning a prime location helps increase the value of living, investing, and doing business. Combined with the concept of educational products, becoming the largest educational, entertainment, and creative center in Nghe An, experts say that this is a product with the vision of the investor as well as the investor because "investing in education is the most effective and profitable investment".

Sharing the same view, experts at Davos, when attending the World Economic Forum held in Davos, Switzerland in early 2022, spent a lot of time discussing the importance of financial investment in education. According to experts at Davos, investing $1 in a child's education brings a lifetime return of up to $5, meaning a return of 500%. People with better general education will earn more money. On average, each year of general education helps people earn more than 9% more income throughout their lives. Not only that, investing in education also benefits the whole community, improving the general labor level, expanding opportunities to receive and apply new technology, contributing to the economic development of a country.
