Drunk uncle-in-law molested 15-year-old niece

After drinking, Ra passed by his niece's house and had an indecent act, so his relatives reported him to the police.

According to the investigation agency, on August 23, Ra went drinking with friends. On the way home, Ra passed by HMTT's house (15 years old, residing in Vinh Yen hamlet, Long Duc commune, Tra Vinh city), and called Ra "uncle".

Seeing her niece studying, Ra felt lustful. Ra entered the house, sat next to T and touched her private area with his hand.

The girl reacted and shouted. Then, Ra went home. T's parents filed a complaint with the police.

Ra confessed that because he had been drinking alcohol, he could not control himself and so he sexually assaulted T.
