Forced 12 year old girl to ravage river house

Passing by the neighbor's house, discovering that only the girl was home, Ph. dragged her down to the houseboat on the river and committed rape.

Information from the police of Bu Gia Map district, Binh Phuoc province said that they are investigating and clarifying a child rape case that occurred in Bu Tam village, Phuoc Minh commune. The suspect is Huynh Van Ph. (born in 1980, residing in Bu Tam village).

According to the initial investigation, around December 2015, Ph. was riding his motorbike past the house of Nguyen Thi Ngoc (born 2003, living in the same village) when he saw Ngoc alone at home. At this time, Ph. had the intention of raping Ngoc, so he went into the house and dragged Ngoc down to the houseboat on the river near the victim's house. There, Ph. raped Ngoc.

After committing the crime, Ph. threatened Ngoc not to tell anyone or he would be beaten. It was not until August 14, 2016 that Ngoc told her family about the incident. Immediately after that, the victim's family reported the incident to the police.

Bu Gia Map district police are continuing to investigate and clarify.
