Participating in this year's Phu Dong Sports Festival Takwondo tournament are 34 delegations with nearly 700 middle and high school athletes, competing in 18 weight classes, 4 events: single combat, team combat, individual power and team power.
The host team Nghe An has 18 athletes participating in the following weight categories: 33 kg, 37 kg, 41 kg, 53 kg, 57 kg and 65 kg for middle school boys and 41 kg, 51 kg, 55 kg and 59 kg for high school girls. Today, Nghe An athletes compete in the weight categories: 33 kg, 37 kg, 41 kg for middle school boys and 52 kg for high school girls.

According to the schedule, the teams will compete against each other from August 4 to 6, on August 7 they will perform individual boxing, and on August 8 they will compete in team boxing.
