Over 70 years of construction, fighting and growing up, generations of cadres, employees and soldiers of the Logistics Department of Military Region 4 have always stayed close to the battlefield and the troops, shared hardships and served the troops in all conditions and circumstances, making an important contribution to the cause of fighting, defeating the invaders and unifying the country.

During the renovation period, the Quartermaster Department of Military Region 4 has been proactive, creative, flexible, advising and directing agencies and units to promote production, processing, and build many models of effective and sustainable production and livestock farming; regularly exploiting and creating sources to ensure adequate and timely clothing needs for soldiers according to the criteria of durability, beauty, standardization and unity.

With many outstanding achievements, from 2006 to present, the Quartermaster Department of Military Region 4 has been continuously awarded the title of Determined to Win Unit by the Military Region Command, especially in 2015, it was awarded the Third Class Fatherland Protection Medal by President Truong Tan Sang.
