Urgent construction of raw material road serving Tan Thang cement factory

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 11, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Thanh Dien, along with relevant Departments and the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district and the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town inspected the construction progress of the road to Tan Thang cement factory.

The traffic route from Hoang Mai 2 Industrial Park to Tan Thang Cement Factory is 7.3 km long, passing through Quynh Vinh Commune, Hoang Mai Town and Tan Thang Commune, Quynh Luu, serving the construction of the cement factory and transporting products after it comes into operation. Up to now, the route has basically reached 52% of the volume, 4/5 bridges have been completed, and 21 culverts have been completed.

The current difficulty is that 11 households have not been relocated, so there are still some locations on the route where the land has not been fully handed over, affecting and interrupting construction, causing delays, and capital sources have not met progress requirements.

Regarding Tan Thang Cement Factory, Quynh Luu, invested by Tan Thang Joint Stock Company, has a capacity of 5,000 tons of clinker/day, equivalent to 2 million tons of cement/year. Currently, Tan Thang Joint Stock Company has cleared 58.4 hectares/62 hectares, completed investment preparation work, completed mine clearance construction, and carried out site clearance construction.

It is expected that in 2016, the Factory will synchronously construct all items. Therefore, the Factory is in dire need of attention from all levels and sectors to quickly clear the land for road construction to serve the transportation of materials, equipment and machinery to ensure progress.

Mr. Ha Van Tien's family in Tan Thang, Hoang Mai Town has received part of the compensation but has not yet relocated (construction area of ​​Tan Thang Cement Factory).

Focus on road and bridge construction to Tan Thang cement factory

At the meeting, Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The road project from Hoang Mai 2 Industrial Park to Tan Thang Cement Factory is a key project of the province. Although the departments and the two localities have made efforts in site clearance in the past, to ensure the construction progress of the factory, the local authorities of Quynh Luu district and Hoang Mai town need to coordinate with related departments, focusing on site clearance to hand over the clean site to the factory as soon as possible. The province will have a plan to arrange the remaining capital to complete the project.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Department of Transport to direct the construction unit to complete the asphalt paving of the entire route by June 30, and at the same time complete the road to the water plant to soon serve the Tan Thang Cement Industrial Park; Speed ​​up the construction progress of the 35KV power line to serve the factory construction.
