Compensation price for GPMB of 35m road of Vinh Urban Development Sub-project is in accordance with regulations

(Baonghean.vn)- Voters of Vinh city recommend that the province and city study and consider increasing the compensation price for land clearance of the 35m road belonging to the Vinh Urban Development Sub-project appropriately, because this is an area for two-crop rice production.

Regarding this issue, the relevant authorities responded as follows:

The price of agricultural land to calculate compensation when the State reclaims land to implement the 35m planning road of the Vinh Urban Development Sub-project was appraised by the Provincial Land Price Appraisal Council and approved by the Provincial People's Committee at the price of VND 85,000/m2 for plots at location 1; VND 75,000/m2 for plots at location 2 (equal to the price specified in the Land Price List from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2019).

Through reviewing projects that reclaim agricultural land in Vinh city, the price determination to calculate compensation when the state reclaims land is equal to the price specified in the Price List.

Therefore, the proposal of Vinh city voters to study and consider increasing the compensation price is not sufficient and inconsistent with other projects in the area.
