At around 3:30 p.m. on April 8, an incident occurred in Cau Da hamlet, Yen Hop commune, Quy Hop district.on firecausing Ms. Pham Thi Xuyen's family of 6 to lose all their assets.

At the time of the fire, when the fire broke out, the hamlet committee and local residents actively put out the fire, but the fire was so big that it completely burned down the house.

There are 6 people in the house, Mrs. Xuyen is a revolutionary contributor who is currently receiving monthly allowance for people infected with toxic chemicals. Mrs. Xuyen's husband, a revolutionary contributor, passed away a long time ago. Mrs. Xuyen has 2 children, but the eldest daughter has passed away, leaving her granddaughter with a heart disease to raise. Currently, Mrs. Xuyen and her granddaughter are living with her son's family with a total of 6 people. Mrs. Xuyen's son and his wife are farmers, have 2 children and are near-poor.
