At about 3:30 p.m. on April 8, an accident occurred in Cau Da hamlet, Yen Hop commune, Quy Hop district.on firecausing Mrs. Pham Thi Xuyen's family of 6 to lose all their assets.

At the time of the fire, when the fire broke out, the hamlet committee and local residents actively tried to put out the fire, but the fire was so big that it completely burned down the house.
