Pig price in the Northern region
Recently, the price of live pigs in the North fluctuated from 64,000 to 67,000 VND/kg.
Hanoi has the highest pork price, at 67,000 VND/kg.
The provinces of Tuyen Quang, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, Hung Yen, Phu Tho, Thai Binh and Vinh Phuc all have a price of 66,000 VND/kg.
Other provinces in the region have live pig prices ranging from 64,000 to 65,000 VND/kg.
Pig price in the Central Highlands region
Pig price in Binh Dinh today increased by 1,000 VND/kg, raising the price to about 62,000 to 66,000 VND/kg.
Traders in Thanh Hoa are buying live pigs at the highest price in the region of 66,000 VND/kg.
On the contrary, in Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak and Ninh Thuan, the lowest price for live pigs is 62,000 VND/kg.
After the price increase, Binh Dinh's live pig purchase price is currently 63,000 VND/kg, equivalent to the price in Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Lam Dong and Binh Thuan.
Other localities have live pig price of 64,000 VND/kg.
Pig price in the Southern region
In two western provinces, the pig market has changed slightly.
Pig price in An Giang increased by 1,000 VND/kg, reaching the highest level in the region at 65,000 VND/kg, equal to Binh Duong and Ca Mau.
Vinh Long also recorded a similar increase, with a purchase price of 64,000 VND/kg.
Other localities kept prices stable from 62,000 to 63,000 VND/kg.
Nationwide, the price of live pigs today is quite stable, with the purchase price fluctuating from 62,000 to 67,000 VND/kg.
Pork price today September 12, 2024
The current price of pork belly is 165,522 VND/kg, the most expensive of all types of pork.
Meat Deli chilled pork price remains unchanged as recorded at 6:25 am from website winmart.vn.
Prices of other types of pork range from VND106,320 to VND155,920/kg, with pork belly and lean pork having the highest prices, VND155,920/kg and VND150,320/kg respectively.
Ha Hien Fresh Food Company has stable pork prices, from 67,000 to 163,000 VND/kg at 6:25 am.
Pork ribs have the highest price at Ha Hien, 163,000 VND/kg.
