Of which, 191 hectares are in a stable business phase with an average yield of 3.5 tons/ha.
At current prices, pepper growers are making high profits. This is a condition for them to continue investing in production according to clean, sustainable organic standards. The commune is also focusing on propaganda and guiding people to produce according to standards, avoiding the situation of massive new planting.
At the same time, the commune also recommends that people should intercrop or have shade trees to ensure sustainable development of the garden.

Similarly, Vietnam's white pepper price remained unchanged from yesterday at $9,550/ton.
With the forecast of a shortage of supply and output, pepper importers in the US and Europe, who have realized early that the global pepper price trend will continue to increase, are rushing to stock up, causing pepper prices to stay high.
According to the International Pepper Community (IPC), global pepper production in 2025 is expected to decrease by about 4%, equivalent to 22,000 tons, due to adverse weather conditions in major producing countries.
The fact that pepper growers are not selling in large quantities is helping to prevent supply from being congested, thereby keeping prices stable at a high level. In addition, China - the largest consumer market of Vietnamese pepper - is showing signs of increasing purchases, which could support pepper prices to continue to rise.
