After increasing by 1.8 million VND/tael this morning (October 29), the buying and selling price of SJC gold bars as of 12:00 increased to 146.9 million VND/tael in the selling afternoon.
Opening the afternoon session on October 29, SJC, DOJI, PNJ and ACB gold bar prices all set the buying price of SJC gold bars at 145.5 million VND/tael and the selling price of gold bars at 147.5 million VND/tael. Compared to yesterday, the above transaction price increased by 2.4 million VND/tael in both buying and selling directions.
Compared to the morning session of October 29, the trading price of gold bars at SJC, DOJI, PNJ and ACB gold bars simultaneously increased by 600 thousand VND/tael for both buying and selling.
With the same increase, the buying price of gold bars at Phu Quy is listed at 145 million VND/tael. Meanwhile, the selling price of gold bars is listed at 147.5 million VND/tael.
At the end of the morning session, Bao Tin Minh Chau and Mi Hong both listed the buying and selling prices of SJC gold bars at 145.9 - 146.9 million VND/tael. Compared to the closing price on October 28, the selling price of gold bars at the two brands increased by 1.8 million VND/tael. The buying price of gold bars increased by 2.4 and 1.5 million VND/tael, respectively.
At Bao Tin Manh Hai, this is the only brand that did not adjust the buying price of gold bars compared to the session on October 28. This brand listed the buying price of SJC gold bars at 143.2 million VND/tael and the selling price of gold bars at 146.9 million VND/tael throughout the morning session. Compared to the closing price on October 28, the selling price of SJC gold bars increased by 1.8 million VND/tael.
In the 9999 gold ring market, businesses also adjusted the buying and selling prices of gold rings with a lower increase than SJC gold bars.
At the end of the morning session on October 29, SJC Company increased by 1.6 million VND/tael for both buying and selling compared to the closing price on October 28. The listed trading price of 999 gold rings was at 142.8 - 145.3 million VND/tael.
At DOJI and PNJ, the buying and selling prices of 9999 gold rings at these two brands are listed at 143.8 - 146.8 million VND/tael. Compared to the closing price on October 28, the buying and selling prices of gold rings at DOJI and PNJ both increased by 1.8 million VND/tael.
In the morning session, Bao Tin Minh Chau also recorded an increase of 1.1 million VND/tael each way. The buying and selling price of 9999 gold rings was set at 145.9 - 148.9 million VND/tael.
In the afternoon session of October 29, BTMC continued to increase by 400 thousand VND/tael compared to this morning session, bringing the buying and selling prices to 146.3 - 149.3 million VND/tael. Compared to the closing price of October 28, the buying and selling prices of gold rings at Bao Tin Minh Chau increased by 1.5 million VND/tael each way.
Although it is the brand with the most modest increase in the market, the price of gold rings sold at Bao Tin Minh Chau is much higher than the general level.
The buying price of gold rings at Phu Quy was set at 143.9 - 146.9 million VND/tael throughout the morning session. The trading price of gold rings increased by 1.9 million VND/tael for both buying and selling compared to the closing price on October 28.
Meanwhile, at Bao Tin Manh Hai, this brand recorded an increase of 1.8 million VND/tael for both buying and selling directions. Opening the morning session, Bao Tin Manh Hai listed the buying price of Kim Gia Bao gold rings at 145.8 - 147.8 million VND/tael.
In the Southern region, Ngoc Tham is the brand that recorded two increases in the buying and selling prices of 9999 gold rings.
Opening the morning session, this brand set the buying and selling price of 9999 gold rings at 139.5 - 143.5 million VND/tael, an increase of 1 million VND/tael each way.
However, in the afternoon session of October 29, this brand increased by 1 million VND/tael for buying and 500 thousand VND/tael for selling compared to the morning. As of 3:00 p.m., this brand listed the buying and selling price of gold rings at 140 - 144.5 million VND/tael.
Thus, in this session, October 29, Ngoc Tham recorded a total increase of 2 million VND/tael for buying and 1.5 million VND/tael for selling compared to the closing price of October 28.
In the world market, updated at 3:00 p.m. on October 29, spot gold price contract increased slightly by 1.22%, reaching 3,994.97 USD/ounce.
According to Vietcombank exchange rate (26,345 VND/USD), world gold is priced at about 126.93 million VND/tael (excluding taxes and fees), the difference between the price of gold bars and the world gold price is at 20.57 million VND/tael. Meanwhile, depending on the brand, this difference for the price of 9999 gold rings ranges from 16.34 - 21.74 million VND/tael.
