“Currently, the whole country in general and the electricity industry in particular are entering a period of competition and integration. Therefore, we cannot retreat,” Mr. Tram said in front of hundreds of key officials of Nghe An Electricity.
The head of Nghe An Electricity said that the company's staff needs to be more deeply aware that they cannot live forever in a monopoly mindset, but must innovate to proactively reach out to integrate and proactively improve their competitive advantage.

“Our biggest challenge is to proactively change ourselves and constantly innovate to master the future under the pressure of market competition. The second biggest challenge is to ensure production and business efficiency, increasing labor productivity in the inevitable trend of increasingly developing science and technology, we must optimize human resources,” said Mr. Tram, adding that the company also faces another challenge, which is customer expectations for electricity quality, service quality, and increasing demand for electricity.
