The second biggest challenge is to ensure production and business efficiency, increasing labor productivity in the inevitable trend of increasingly developing science and technology, we must optimize human resources,” said Mr. Tram, adding that the company also faces another challenge, which is customer expectations for electricity quality, service quality, and increasing demand for electricity.
