Business director crashes car into 5 police officers
Mr. Luan is said to have failed to reduce speed and crashed his car into a traffic police team in Ha Tinh, injuring one person.
According to authorities, at around 9:30 p.m. on September 11, while on duty on Provincial Road 555, the section connecting National Highway 1A to Ky Ninh Commune (Ky Anh Town, Ha Tinh), a Traffic Police team of 5 people from Ky Anh District Police discovered a 5-seat car with Ha Tinh license plate driven by Mr. Pham Luan driving at high speed, so they asked to stop for inspection.

Driver Luan was then said to have disobeyed orders, not slowing down, and driven straight into the traffic police team, injuring Sergeant Pham Hong Thai, who had to be taken to the hospital for treatment. The remaining people promptly jumped to both sides of the road to avoid him.
After the incident, Ky Anh district police took the driver and the car to headquarters to clarify the matter. "We are verifying the right person and the right behavior to handle it according to the law," said Lieutenant Colonel Le Xuan Thuy - Head of Ky Anh district police.
According to the police, Mr. Luan is working as the director of a labor export company in Ha Tinh.
