PV:How do you feel when you are nominated to run for the 14th National Assembly in your home province?

Comrade Vo Thi Thanh Huyen:Being nominated as a candidate for the 14th National Assembly is both an honor and a great responsibility for me before the voters. I vow to do my best to fulfill my duties, and at the same time strive to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a people's representative.

PV:If elected to the National Assembly, what action plan do you have to meet voters' wishes?

Comrade Vo Thi Thanh Huyen:If elected, as a National Assembly delegate and an official working in the field of investment promotion of the province, I will strengthen social criticism and community supervision in investment because there are still a number of projects that are not implemented, not implemented on schedule or causing environmental pollution, wasting land funds, ruining urban beauty, affecting the province's investment and business environment, and the rights of the people...

At the same time, in order to implement the policy of promoting, strengthening and developing democracy at the grassroots level; increasing people's participation in supervising the activities of state management agencies, investors, contractors in licensing and implementing investment projects; the goal is to continue to strengthen the power of the government "of the people, by the people and for the people", "people know, people discuss, people do, people inspect".

Maximize the intelligence of all classes of people in local socio-economic development (scientists, personalities, intellectuals for social criticism activities during the investment policy review and approval phase; people in the project area for community supervision activities during project implementation). Implement the goal of public administrative reform, focusing on administrative procedure reform, towards a service-oriented, public, transparent and interactive administration...

On the other hand, we currently have no regulations on requirements and responsibilities for each job position of civil servants and public employees (no job description table has been used); there are no criteria for evaluating the level of work completion, but mainly based on position and seniority; there is no measure to measure the level of satisfaction of the subjects being served (here, people and businesses with the performance of public duties by civil servants and public employees). Therefore, it is necessary to improve responsibility and ethics in public service. To do this, first of all, there must be a job description table, which stipulates specific criteria, including criteria that bind the personal responsibility of civil servants and public employees. The salary paid is based on the level of completion of those criteria.

Second, pay should create a gap between job positions.

Third, applying tools to measure people's and businesses' satisfaction with the performance of public duties by officials and civil servants.

Comrade Vo Thi Thanh Huyen:I care about and do my best in issues related to women's and children's rights such as reproductive health, gender equality (opportunities for women to study, work, and have jobs) and family happiness... because after all, "each family is a cell of society".
