Nghe An: Highlights of August 27, 2025
Delegations of National Assembly representatives from Nghe An province attended a meeting chaired by General Secretary To Lam; the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to hear and give opinions on matters within its authority; overcoming difficulties and accelerating the construction progress of the Ban Mong Reservoir Project; and the post-typhoon No. 5 recovery efforts by various sectors and localities… These were some of the highlights of August 27th.
* On the morning of August 27th, at the My Dinh National Convention Center, Hanoi,General Secretary To Lam presided over a meeting with nearly 2,000 National Assembly delegates from various periods..
Attending the meeting were members of the Politburo: Luong Cuong - President; Pham Minh Chinh - Prime Minister; Tran Thanh Man - Chairman of the National Assembly; Tran Cam Tu - Standing Member of the Secretariat; along with leaders and former leaders of the Party, State, and Vietnam Fatherland Front, and nearly 2,000 National Assembly delegates from various periods.
The Nghe An delegation, consisting of 58 delegates led by Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, and Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province, attended the meeting.
* On the afternoon of August 27th, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to hear and give opinions on matters within its authority.Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee The meeting was chaired by the Provincial Party Committee. Attending the meeting were: Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; along with members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and leaders of relevant departments and agencies.
* Also on August 27th, Comrade Bui Dinh Long - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - attended and directed the Delegates' Congress.Party Committee of Vinh University of Technology and Educationterm 2025 - 2030.
* Comrade Nguyen Van De - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's CommitteeOn-site inspection of the Ban Mong Reservoir Project.Accompanying them were leaders from the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
