Mobilize comrade Truong Thanh Huyen - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, appoint him to the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission.
Transfer comrade Ha Van Trong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, to resign from the position of Director of the Department of Finance, to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, and appoint him to the position of Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.
