Two brothers carrying 2 heroin cakes and 18,000 drug pills
(Baonghean.vn) - Two Lao brothers were transporting a large amount of drugs from across the border to Vietnam for consumption when they were discovered and arrested by the Nghe An Border Guard force in coordination with the Xieng Khouang Province Police - Laos at dawn.
At 4:30 a.m. on March 8, implementing the plan to coordinate the fight against Project 367 LV between Nghe An Provincial Border Guard and Xieng Khouang Provincial Police (Laos), the Crime and Drug Prevention Department (Provincial Border Guard); Nam Can International Border Guard Station in coordination with Xieng Khouang Provincial Police - Laos arrested 2 subjects Cho Gia - 24 years old and Chan Gia - 20 years old who were illegally transporting drugs.
Both subjects reside in Ban Nhot Ngum, Muong Pet district - Xieng Khouang (Laos).

Evidence seized at the scene was 18,000 synthetic drug pills and 2 heroin cakes.

According to initial statements, the two subjects bought the above amount of drugs from Vientiane and transported them through Xieng Khouang province - Laos to Vietnam for consumption. They were arrested upon arriving at the above location.
Currently, Nghe An Border Guard has handed over the subject and evidence to Xieng Khouang Provincial Police - Laos for further investigation and handling.
