Two workers from Nghe An province had an accident in Malaysia
(Baonghean.vn) - A man and a woman from the same Nghi Loc district who were working abroad in Malaysia were injured in a fire.
On the afternoon of October 30, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Binh - Chief of Police of Quan Hanh town (Nghi Loc district, Nghe An) said: Mr. Hoang Van Duong (born in 1977), hometown of block 5, Quan Hanh town, Nghi Loc district) went to work in Malaysia and suffered severe burns.

In Nghi Cong Nam commune (Nghi Loc district), Mr. Ngo Tri Chinh - Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune also said that the local government and relatives had received information that Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh (born in 1984), from Nghi Cong Nam commune, Nghi Loc district) had died in Malaysia due to a fire.

Accordingly, at noon on October 29, in a fire in Malaysia, both Mr. Duong and Ms. Thanh suffered severe burns and were taken to Sultanah Aminah Hospital (in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia) for emergency treatment. However, due to severe burns, Ms. Thanh later died while Mr. Duong is currently in critical condition.
It is known that Mr. Hoang Van Duong and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh have been working in Malaysia for about 7 months now.
