Two groups of students fought, male student died 5 days after being stabbed
(Baonghean.vn) - On April 7, 2022, the People's Procuracy of Ky Son district issued a decision to transfer the case file of Vu Ba G., prosecuted for the crime of "Murder" to the Investigation Police Agency of Nghe An Provincial Police for investigation according to its authority.
Previously, at around 8:00 p.m. on March 21, 2022, Lau Ba T. (born 2004, residing in Na Ngoi commune) and Ho Ba K. (born 2004, residing in Muong Long commune), both 12th grade students of Ky Son district Continuing Education Center, came to play at the secondary school dormitory in Tay Son commune.

Here T. hasconflictwith 6 students from Tay Son secondary school including Vu Ba G., Vu Ba D., Vu Ba R., Mua Chu D., Mua Ba S. and Ha Ba R. (all residing in Tay Son commune).
At around 11 p.m. the same day, the group of 6 students beat T., in which Vu Ba G. used a sharp knife to slash T.'s head, seriously injuring T. and requiring emergency care at Nghe An General Hospital. On March 25, 2022, T. died.
On March 26, 2022, the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and issue an arrest warrant for temporary detention against Vu Ba G. (born in 2007), residing in Huoi Giang 2 village, Tay Son commune, Ky Son district.
