On November 12, the Investigation Police Agency of Ben Cat Town Police (Binh Duong) detained Nguyen Cong Dung (26 years old) and Pham Xuan Dung (34 years old, both from Nghe An; temporarily residing in Dong Xoai Town, Binh Phuoc) for theft of property.

According to the initial investigation, at 2:00 p.m. on November 11, the Binh Duong "knights" group, including Nguyen Thanh Hai, Phan Van Tu, Duong Tai, Nguyen Hoang Trung Hieu, Nguyen Cong Hau and Duong Ho Tan Minh, were driving motorbikes on Binh Duong Avenue, in Quarter 2, Phu Hoa Ward, Thu Dau Mot City (Binh Duong). They discovered two subjects driving motorbikes with license plates 93P1 - 115.16 with many suspicious signs, so they followed them.

Arriving at the bank ATM in My Phuoc 2 industrial park, Ben Cat town, the subject broke the lock and stole the license plate 47M1 - 549.17 of Mr. Pham Quoc Phu (18 years old, from Thua Thien Hue) and then drove at high speed.

Discovering them, the subject drove into the opposite lane and kicked the two “Knights” to fall on the road, injuring them. With a fierce spirit of catching criminals, the “Knights” bravely controlled the two subjects and the evidence.
