According to residents of Tan Thang commune who also went to the wedding, at the above time, two women residing in Tan Thang commune and Quynh Thang commune, Quynh Luu district, were returning from the wedding on a motorbike with license plate 37L1 19630 from Cau Giat - Nghia Dan direction (at km 21 +150) when they collided with two young men on a motorbike with license plate 37L1 23395 going in the opposite direction at high speed on a curved road, blind corner, causing both motorbikes to fly to both sides of the road and the front of the motorbike was crushed. All four people on the two motorbikes were seriously injured and were taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
