A series of ATMs in Quynh Luu have been continuously reported broken for the past 5 days.

In Quynh Luu district, there are currently 2 ATMs with 3 cash withdrawal machines of the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade. According to our investigation, from July 20th until now, all 3 cash withdrawal machines have been in a state of disrepair, the machines report errors and cannot make transactions.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung in Tan Thang commune said that her house is about 25km from the cash withdrawal point, however, when she went to the ATM near the gate of the district People's Committee, she could not withdraw money, the machine reported an error and had to be temporarily stopped for maintenance.

"Last Saturday, the ATM still accepted the card, but after a few operations, the screen showed a message saying system error, temporarily out of maintenance. Unable to withdraw money, I had to return home in frustration" - Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung said.

It was thought that the machine was only temporarily damaged, but from the 20th to this morning, July 25th (for 5 consecutive days), the above ATMs were still unable to perform transactions. Many people had to wait for hours at the 3 ATMs but had to leave empty-handed.

"To withdraw money quickly, we often go to these 3 ATMs to check, but for many days the machines have been broken, so I had to go to another ATM to make transactions" - Mr. Ho Van Thong, in Cau Giat town added.

To facilitate people's transactions, the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade - Bac Nghe An Branch needs to check the entire ATM system to have a plan to repair and fix the above problem.
