Neighbors set fire, whole family burned to death
Through camera images and traces collected at the scene, the police determined that the suspect died with the victim's family.

Through security camera footage, police recorded images of Mr. Quoc holding a plastic can suspected of containing gasoline and a mini gas torch entering the victim's house before the fire broke out.At the scene, these exhibits were seized.
