Ms. Bui Thi Hau, a teacher at Hoa Son Kindergarten (Anh Son), also brought her 3-year-old son along. She happily shared: “When I learned that the unit organized free dance classes, I was very happy. This is an opportunity for me to equip myself with basic knowledge and skills in international dances. When participating in festivals, I am confident in integrating with everyone and this is an opportunity to interact with officers and soldiers, contributing to strengthening the solidarity between the army and the people.”
At the lessons, there were many young soldiers who had just joined the army. Private Nguyen Trong Hai, a soldier of Company 10, Battalion 6, happily learned the cha cha cha dance with the young people of Hamlet 11, Tuong Son Commune, Anh Son. "Being away from home, I miss my parents and relatives. However, the unit has many cultural, artistic and sports activities to help us integrate quickly" - Nguyen Trong Hai shared.
Hai is not a 'newbie' to this art form, but since high school, he has learned hip-hop dance under the guidance of his classmates. When he enlisted in the 335th Regiment, he was very happy to continue pursuing his favorite art form.

Talking to us, Mr. Manh smiled and said: “At first, I was very worried when I was assigned to be a dance teacher because the training at the Division Political Department was short, the content was a lot, and I was not sure about some dances. However, when we returned to the unit, we took advantage of our days off and breaks to buy CDs to watch and practice more. I am very happy to contribute to helping young soldiers learn to dance, to dance hip-hop.”
Captain Nguyen Xuan Chien - Deputy Political Commissar, Secretary of the Inter-Union of Battalion 6, Regiment 335 said: “Dancing is an art form that holds a very important position in today's society, thereby improving political life, spiritual culture, reducing stress and fatigue for officers and soldiers after hours of studying and training on the training ground. Through this, we want to equip officers, youth union members, especially new soldiers when interacting to create confidence and courage in front of the collective, thereby contributing to the excellent completion of all tasks at the unit”.
