Nghia Dan District People's Council: Conclusion on the monitoring of the use of irrigation fees

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 20, the Economic - Social Committee, People's Council of Nghia Dan district held a meeting to evaluate and propose solutions and recommendations to the monitored localities on the use of irrigation fees.

Pursuant to Decision No. 30/QD-HDND dated September 3, 2015, the Economic - Social Committee, People's Council of Nghia Dan district has organized supervision of the use of irrigation fees in the communes of Nghia Hoi, Nghia Trung, Nghia Lam, Nghia Thang and Nghia Mai.

Through monitoring, it is shown that localities grasp the policy of receiving compensation for irrigation fees as a superior policy of the Party and the State; the quality of basic works is guaranteed, effective for production; the records are relatively complete. However, the responsibility and management capacity of this fund of commune leaders is not high, the construction units sometimes do not coordinate well with local authorities.
