Attending the meeting were comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the leaders of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and leaders of provincial departments, branches, and sectors and districts, cities, and towns.

At the meeting, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee read the Proposal of the Provincial People's Committee to introduce the election of additional positions of Provincial People's Committee members for Mr. Vo Trong Hai - Director of the Provincial Police, expected to be assigned to be in charge of the Public Security sector and Ms. Tran Thi My Hanh - Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, expected to be assigned to be in charge of the Culture - Sports sector.

Based on the Proposal of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Council delegates voted to elect additional members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term for Mr. Vo Trong Hai - Director of the Provincial Police Department and Ms. Tran Thi My Hanh - Director of the Department of Culture and Sports.

As a result, Mr. Vo Trong Hai - Director of the Provincial Police was elected as an additional member of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2016 - 2021 term with a vote ratio of 80/80; Ms. Tran Thi My Hanh - Director of the Department of Culture and Sports was elected as an additional member of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2016 - 2021 term with a vote ratio of 80/80.

The Provincial People's Council voted to approve the draft Resolution confirming the results of the election of additional members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term for Mr. Vo Trong Hai and Ms. Tran Thi My Hanh.

Previously, the Provincial People's Council also dismissed and voted to pass a Resolution confirming the dismissal from the position of Provincial People's Committee Member for the 2016-2021 term for Mr. Ho Mau Thanh, now due to retirement according to the regime, and Mr. Nguyen Huu Cau, now ceasing to hold the position of Provincial Police Director to await retirement according to the regime.
