2022 is predicted to have many difficulties, especially when the epidemicCovid-19are still evolving in a complex manner, affecting all aspects of social life. However, with the spirit of determination and efforts to innovate in leadership, direction, and management in a scientific, flexible, and effective manner of the entire political system,Provincial People's CouncilStill resolved to propose the 2022 socio-economic development plan with 28 main targets.

Of which, GRDP growth rate reached 8.5%-9.5%, budget revenue reached 14,997 billion VND; total export turnover reached 2,200 million USD; average GRDP per capita was about 50-51 million VND/year; poverty rate decreased by 1.0-1.5%/year; health insurance participation rate was 92%...

Buildnew rural areas, strive to have 10 more communes meeting new rural standards; 22 communes meeting advanced new rural standards; 4 communes meeting model new rural standards; 2 district-level units completing the task of building and meeting new rural standards.

11 key task groups and solutions

To ensure the completion of 28 socio-economic targets at the highest level, the resolution sets out 11 key groups of tasks and solutions.

-Focus on flexibly and effectively implementing the goals of both preventing and fighting the Covid-19 pandemic and recovering and developing the socio-economy. Continue to develop and implement programs and projects to implement the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.

Develop and promulgate a plan to effectively implement Resolution No. 36 dated November 13, 2021 of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province.

Prepare the content of the 10-year summary of the implementation of Resolution No. 26 dated July 30, 2013 of the Politburo, combined with research and addition of new mechanisms and policies to create development momentum for the province in the coming period.
