Mussels - good food for men
In 100g of mussel meat there are 12.77g of protein, 13.9mg of iron, 0.25mg of copper; lots of vitamin B12, lots of omega-3 acid, low cholesterol so it is suitable for people with anemia and people with cardiovascular disease, especially effective in treating spermatorrhea.

Cure impotence and low sperm count: 300g mussel meat, 100g chives, 50ml cooking oil, enough spices.

Stir-fried mussels with rice paper: For every 300g of mussel meat, add 50g of crushed roasted sesame; 100g of roasted peanuts, peeled and crushed; 1 onion, peeled and thinly sliced; 20g of crushed fresh ginger; 1 sour star fruit, peeled and sliced; 1 crushed Ly Son garlic; spices, cooking oil, 1 - 2 bunches of dill, washed and sliced; enough herbs. Grill 5 - 10 rice paper pieces.
Through the steps: soak and wash the mussels, boil them, set aside the boiled water, and take out the meat. The mussel meat needs to be marinated with fish sauce and spices thoroughly.
