Accordingly, in May 2017, Kha Hong Thien bought a truck with license plate 37C 257.71, with a capacity of 2 tons. In October 2017, Thien sold the car to Mr. Luong Cong Tien, residing in Nhan Nhinh village, Ngoc Lam commune (Thanh Chuong) for 200 million VND. Then, in January 2018, Thien borrowed the car from Mr. Tien and sold it to Mr. Vi Van Toan, residing in Son Thanh village, Ta Ca commune (Ky Son) for 150 million VND.
After more than 2 months, Thien went to Ky Son to steal the same car from Toan's house and returned it to Luong Cong Tien.

After receiving the complaint from the people, Ky Son District Police sent a reconnaissance team to Thanh Chuong District to investigate and invited Kha Hong Thien to work. At the investigation agency, Thien confessed to all his crimes.
Currently, the case is being investigated and handled by the Ky Son District Police Department according to the provisions of law.
