On the afternoon of August 7, Associate Professor, Dr. Duong Dinh Chinh - Director of Nghe An Department of Health awarded a Certificate of Merit to the Live Blood Bank Club of Nghe An Northwest Regional General Hospital and to 3 individuals, nurses Ngo Thi Thu, Nguyen Thi Suong, and Dau Thi Thanh Hue, who donated blood to save the life of a pregnant woman VTL who suffered from postpartum hemorrhage on July 17, 2019.
