At the above time, a passenger van (license plate unknown) traveling on National Highway 1A in the direction of Dien Chau - Vinh city, when arriving at the above location, suddenly collided with a tanker truck (license plate unknown) traveling in the same direction.
The strong collision caused the front of the tanker cabin to be crushed and torn off the body. The tanker driver miraculously escaped death, only suffering a broken arm and is currently in the hospital.
The cause of the incident is currently being investigated by the authorities.
