The principal arbitrarily cut the students' physical education class.
Students in grades 2 and 3 are required to have two physical education periods per week, but Principal Hoa has reduced it to one period.

After receiving a complaint accusing Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hoa of violations such as cutting physical education classes for grade 2 and 3 students and not paying teachers for extra teaching hours, Phu Loc district inspectors stepped in.
According to the conclusion of the Phu Loc District Inspectorate, in the 2016-2017 school year, as Principal of Nuoc Ngot 2 Primary School, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hoa arbitrarily cut the physical education program for grades 2 and 3. Instead of each class having two physical education periods a week, the school only allocated one period a week for grades 2 and 3, which is not in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
In the 2016-2017 school year, the school also did not pay for outdoor physical education for two teachers, Pham Thi Thuy Trinh and Le Thi Diem; and did not pay for 18 overtime IT lessons for teacher Nguyen Thi Thuy Phuong.
Phu Loc District Inspectorate also discovered violations by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hoa when she arbitrarily signed a fake contract for Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong to work as a security guard. Ms. Huong had not yet worked but was still paid by the school.
After the conclusion, the Chairman of Phu Loc district requested the district inspector to collect nearly two million VND that Nuoc Ngot 2 Primary School paid to Ms. Xuan Huong, requested Nuoc Ngot 2 Primary School to fully pay the policies for the part-time physical education teacher, and pay the teacher for overtime teaching.
The Chairman of Phu Loc district also requested to review organizations and individuals related to the above violations and report to the District People's Committee.
