Accordingly, Miss Thuy Tien said she wants the case to be closed so she can focus on her work as well as pursue her own community projects.

Thuy Tien said that she herself is a person who has influence on the public, so she wants to create a healthy, positive entertainment environment instead of attracting the audience's attention with negative information.

Thuy Tien affirmed that she had not received any money from anyone, including Ms. Dang Thuy Trang. She herself did not care about winning or losing this lawsuit. Instead, she wanted the truth to be clarified and she also wanted to stand up to warn young girls against offers of support when participating in beauty contests.

Thuy Tien affirmed that she always maintains the spirit of living and working in accordance with the law, and hopes that the other party will cooperate to bring the matter to an end.

From the beginning, the beauty queen said she was willing to cooperate with the authorities to quickly investigate this civil case.

On the afternoon of May 8, the People's Court of Go Vap District (Ho Chi Minh City) opened a trial of the civil case between Ms. Dang Thuy Trang and Ms. Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien (Miss Thuy Tien).

The reason why the trial could only be held today was because it was impossible to invite the defendant to work, collect testimony and mediate.

The representative of the Procuracy said that because the collection of statements and mediation had not been carried out, the case could not be completely resolved.

Therefore, the representative of the Procuracy requested the Panel of Judges to temporarily suspend the trial. After deliberation, the Panel of Judges announced that, regarding the request to separate the case of the two parties, the court requested both parties to submit a written request to the court. At the same time, the Panel of Judges also decided to temporarily suspend the trial to implement procedural measures, the time to reopen will be announced later.

Previously, on November 3, 2022, Go Vap District People's Court accepted a civil case of loan contract dispute between the plaintiff, Ms. Dang Thuy Trang, and the defendant, Ms. Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien (Miss Thuy Tien).

Since then, Ms. Trang has sued Ms. Tien, asking the court to force Thuy Tien to pay Ms. Trang the debt of 1.5 billion VND. At the same time, she also asked Miss Thuy Tien to compensate for damages of 932 million VND, a total of 2.4 billion VND.
