(Baonghean.vn) - Tri Le 4 Primary School, Tri Le Commune, Que Phong District is a particularly difficult school with "5 no's" conditions: no electricity, no phone signal, no internet, no medical station, no market...; but with the efforts of teachers and students, everyone is eagerly waiting for the opening day.
